The New Delia Jo Era 

Since 2009, Dining with Delia Jo has been more than a blog—it’s been a trusted voice in food journalism, storytelling, and multimedia magic. Born from a genuine dislike of cooking but a deep love of connection, I built a brand that celebrates comfort food, culture, and community—with a queso crown proudly in place.

 

I’m Delia Jo Bracken Richmond, also known as the Queen of Queso. Based in Nashville, I’ve been featured across TV, radio, print, and digital platforms for my honest takes, insider tips, and Southern sparkle. I wrote the book Nashville Cocktails—then gave up drinking. Today, I champion booze-free living with heart, humor, and hospitality.

 

I married a chef who now brings my favorite recipes to life IRL—and happens to be my business partner, too. Together, we’re building something bold, inclusive, and deeply personal.

 

As a late-diagnosed autistic woman, I’m an advocate for grief support, neurodivergence, and helping others feel seen. Whether you’re here for the queso, the stories, the sparkle, or the next chapter—I’m so glad you found me.
